Welcome to Salt Room Sit-Downs — a series from Natural Salt Therapy where we visit salt rooms across Northern Ireland to meet the people behind them and hear their stories.

SALT HOUSE - TOMBE
We kicked off our local salt clinic tour at the wonderful Salt House in Toome!! 🤗
Claire opened Salt House with the aim to raise awareness and access to salt therapy for all ages, and that is exactly what she has achieved. Offering a variety of sessions in the relaxing, immersive and healing salt room, it is a great way to experience the revitalising power of halo therapy. 🌬️
Being Toomes first salt therapy clinic, and a woman like Claire with healthcare experience it is definitely a spot not to be missed ☺️
SEA BREEZE - DOAGH
Chatting with Gill about what makes Sea Breeze special and how they are one of the longest running salt clinics in NI! With welcoming energy, a wealth of knowledge, entertainment for the kids, a powerhouse salt machine, and very comfy chairs, it is clear why they do so well!
