- NST was created in 2019 after Sylvia discovered the benefits of salt therapy to treat recurring chest infections.
- NST is the sole distributor for Iris Halogenerators in the UK + IRE.
- Halagenerators are the machines used to grind down the salt and deliver the treatment.
- Our first location was opened in Aghalee following the lifting of lockdown in 2021.
- In 2024, we added a ground-breaking skin treatment - The Tri-Wave MD which delivers light therapy. Making us a totally dedicated respiratory & skin clinic.
- NST also design,build and supply salt therapy rooms to the hotel, spa and wellness sectors across Ireland & The UK. Galgorm Resort, The Rabbit Hotel, The Montenotte, The Kingsley, Powerscourt Hotel & Spa are some of the projects we are proud of.
- Sylvia is the chair of Salt Therapy NI which is a group of independently run salt therapy businesses in the north of Ireland whose aim is to raise awareness of the therapy, drive local research & push for recognition by our health professionals.
